「ラ・グランダム」が築いた革新の伝統
ヴーヴ・クリコの歴史は、1人の女性の情熱と革新から生まれました。
バルブ・ニコル・クリコ・ポンザルダンは27歳で未亡人となった後、義父の設立したシャンパーニュ・メゾンを引き継ぎました。
彼女は強い意志と独創的な発想で業界を牽引し、1810年には世界初のヴィンテージ・シャンパーニュを生み出し、1816年には動瓶法（ルミュアージュ）を発明。これによりクリアで洗練されたシャンパーニュの生産が可能となりました。また、ブレンド法によって造られたロゼシャンパーニュといった初の試みも成し遂げられました。
これらの素晴らしい貢献が褒めたたえられ「シャンパーニュ地方の偉大なる女性（ラ・グランダム）」というニックネームが付けられました。

ブドウの成熟度を把握した最適な収穫計画
ヴーヴ・クリコは、シャンパーニュ地方ワイン生産同業委員会の規制に準拠しており、各ブドウの品種についてクリュ（区画）ごとに収獲日を記録しているため、各区画が正確な順序で収穫されます。
ブドウ畑の全体を代表する50以上の区画が4〜5週間にわたって週に2度分析され、ブドウの実の成熟度を評価しています。
また、ブドウの実の成熟度を決定するために同じように重要な仕事である果汁の味見。それぞれの木で味見が行われ、収穫すべき順序を決定し、各区画のテロワールの種類によっても順序が決められます。
このプロセスによってブドウの実の状態を完全に把握することが可能で、収獲を前に最適な計画が立てられます。

ローズ ラベルイエローラベルのように広く愛されるノン・ヴィンテージのロゼ・シャンパーニュをつくりたい、という想いをこめて、ローズラベルは2004年春に発売されました。
マットピンクのラベルが印象的なローズラベルは、ヴーヴ・クリコのスタイルを守りながらも、気軽に楽しめる、若々しくフレッシュな魅力あふれるロゼ・シャンパーニュです。イエローラベルと同じく、ピノ・ノワールをベースにシャルドネとピノ・ムニエをブレンドし、これにピノ・ノワールから造る特別な赤ワインを加えて美しいロゼを仕上げています。
サーモンピンクの輝きに、豊かでエレガントな香り。新鮮な赤い果実のアロマに続いて、ドライ・フルーツやペストリー菓子の香ばしさが続きます。みずみずしく、フルーティーで調和がとれた味わいでバランスがよく取れていています。
